very bad and frustrating app to use, I have did my kyc for some months ago and it has not been approved, I have send email to them times without numbers but they refuse to get back to me, even to chat with their officials is no way and without kyc I can send out payments, very useless app to use

Nobody should waste their time downloading this app, this is a friendly advice. I wish there was a way to give zero or minus 100 stars, I would do it. No app has ever frustrated me like this chimoney. Their customer care is unresponsive and the service is zero. GOODWALL should stop using them as a payment channel, they're not useful.

Hello why this app is not working again, cuz I try to login into my account but can't find my account anymore why is like this app is not longer working if not working again then u guys should have tell us that so we not waest our time on this unless app even if you make transfer the one u send to will not see it after that instant payment is not longer working why , and if at all you guys are having problem then u guys should have try to get intuch with everyone who is using the app
