Unable to select proper shipping route, loads of "delivery" but no idea what they are. does not select route based on zip code, will default to something random. does not default to home branch or warehouse when creating orders. last order i did went to a new York branch. very clunky at times, need to fix this as it's been like this since day one and nobody seems to know how to fix. Amazon can do it, why can't we?

No good unless you are the account holder (company owner). There should be an app for employees of a company. To place orders with no access to billing info etc.....
