This app is not intended for the general public. It serves as the primary interface and platform for managing internal order processing, inventory updates, and coordinating shipping and delivery operations across Zad distribution centers.

Order Management and Processing: Allows branch order preparers to review incoming orders, identify prepared items, and instantly adjust stock quantities or record replacement products.
Logistics and Delivery Coordination: Displays delivery routes, directions, and customer location coordinates for authorized delivery partners to ensure accurate and timely shipment arrival.
Direct Communication with Customers: Provides a secure internal chat system that allows employees to communicate with customers to confirm replacement products or send order status updates.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Confirmation: Makes it easy for delivery personnel to confirm receipt of cash or card payments upon successful delivery and closing of the order. Support Tickets and Operations: A dedicated support center is available for operations supervisors to promptly address and resolve any issues or tickets related to ongoing orders.
