United States Freight Exchange (US-FEX) is a custom branded franchise-based freight broker platform designed to empower experienced freight brokers who have strong industry relationships but lack the resources to start their own brokerage.

The platform includes: Web and driver mobile application that automates load management and monitoring via real-time tracking; e-docs with signature capture; in-app messaging; and much more.

Location Access: Required for load tracking and nearby load suggestions.
Internet Access: Required for all key features including load posting, bidding, and chat.

As a Broker:
Post a new load with origin, destination, and load details.
Review carrier bids and assign loads.

As a Carrier:
Accept or Re-bid on the load
Assign the load to the Driver

As a Shipper:
View the Shipment created by the Broker
Track the Load status

As a Driver:
Accept/Reject the load assigned by the Carrier
Update the checklist and status for the load
