Awful. App maintenance/updates always fall on days I need to submit an order, always Saturday/Sunday. I spend WAY too much time restarting the app, checking to see if it's usable. When I open the app, nothing comes up - no orders in progress, no lists, etc. Website is equally bad. On more than one occasion I've been able to send an order within minutes of cutoff due to the app/website being down. I usually have to text our sales rep to send the order but now I will just go shopping at Costco.

The app does not seem to keep the shopping cart from one login to the next, at times. It is oftentimes difficult, comparing to old version, to find your partial order and add to it. Last weekend I was in Vancouver, and had to make my order for Monday delivery and could not use Moxe for Android. I pulled out a windows laptop and tried to use Moxe on that and could not use that either. Big moment of frustration turned happy when I could launch the old website and completed my order before 4:00 pm.

This app is slow.. doesn't work as quickly or as easily as the old usf app.. trying to order and it chugs, and bogs down, my list isnt a fluid to scroll thru or to choose items on. I have to close and reopen frequently to even get part of the order done.
