Awful. App maintenance/updates always fall on days I need to submit an order, always Saturday/Sunday. I spend WAY too much time restarting the app, checking to see if it's usable. When I open the app, nothing comes up - no orders in progress, no lists, etc. Website is equally bad. On more than one occasion I've been able to send an order within minutes of cutoff due to the app/website being down. I usually have to text our sales rep to send the order but now I will just go shopping at Costco.

The app does not seem to keep the shopping cart from one login to the next, at times. It is oftentimes difficult, comparing to old version, to find your partial order and add to it. Last weekend I was in Vancouver, and had to make my order for Monday delivery and could not use Moxe for Android. I pulled out a windows laptop and tried to use Moxe on that and could not use that either. Big moment of frustration turned happy when I could launch the old website and completed my order before 4:00 pm.

This app is tough multiple functions always disappear, the app is incredibly slow. Sometimes it's down entirely. I enjoyed the other app before it became moxe. This is far from whatever upgrade they are trying to paint it as.
