Brick & Ledger is India's comprehensive post-purchase buyer's desk: a private, offline command centre for everything that happens after you book a home, plot, or commercial property. One place for every rupee, document, tax deadline, and construction milestone, all on your device.

Buying property in India means juggling the builder, the bank, and government paperwork for months, often years. Nothing on the market brings it all together for the buyer. Brick & Ledger does, from booking through possession, registration, and handover, so nothing slips through the cracks.

YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE
Everything is stored only on your phone and encrypted with AES-256. No account, no sign-up, no developer server. Nothing is ever sent to us, sold, or shared. The app works fully offline, even in signal-dead basements and stairwells. The one optional network feature is an encrypted, zero-knowledge backup to your own Google Drive that only you can read.

FINANCIAL LEDGER, BUILT FOR PROPERTY
Four ledgers in one: Builder, Bank, Government, and Vendor. Base, CGST, SGST, and TDS are itemised automatically, with Indian numbering (lakh and crore). Log demand notes, payment plans (construction-linked (RERA milestones) or time-linked), and every payment with its instrument and proof.

1% TDS, HANDLED
Section 194-IA 1% TDS is computed automatically, with the correct 30-days-from-month-end deadline and a status trail from deducted, to challan-cum-statement filed (Form 26QB), to certificate received (Form 16B). Overdue interest and late fees are estimated for you, and the app already labels the new Income Tax Act 2025 forms (141 / 132) for deductions from April 2026.

DOCUMENT VAULT
Cost sheet, agreements, demand notes, receipts, loan sanction, every certificate, kept together and viewable in-app (images and PDFs). Store files encrypted on device, or link to your personal cloud.

CONSTRUCTION AND SNAGGING
Log site progress with geo-tagged, compressed photos. Build a snagging list with issues pinned right on the photo, and export a snag PDF for the builder's engineers during possession handover.

HOME LOAN CLARITY
Model construction-linked disbursements, pre-EMI, moratorium, and full EMI. See principal versus interest per installment and adjust planned EMIs as your loan changes.

DASHBOARD AND REPORTS
Your total sale consideration, paid versus balance, cost mix, source of funds, and TDS compliance at a glance. Export CA-ready PDF reports (and Excel with Pro), all generated on your device.
