Usher360 keeps your home cared for without the phone calls.

Your property is set up with the services you need — cleaning, air-conditioning biocleaning, pest control, mattress and upholstery cleaning — and Usher360 handles the rest. You see what is scheduled, who is coming and what was done, and you pay for it in one monthly instalment.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your next visit, and the history of everything done at your property
• Get a notification when a visit is scheduled, when a technician is on the way, and when the work is finished
• Message the office directly, and send photos when something needs looking at
• Ask for an emergency call-out when something cannot wait
• See your invoices and what each one covers
• Save a card once and pay your monthly instalment automatically
• Keep your details, billing information and notification preferences up to date

HOW BILLING WORKS

Your subscription runs for a year and is paid in twelve monthly instalments, charged automatically to the card you save. Emergency and additional services are charged separately or added to your next invoice, as agreed. Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure page and are never stored by us.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Sign in with your email, or with Apple, Google or Facebook. You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete Account, or at usher360.com/delete-account. Anything already owed for services you have received is settled first.
