The app doesn't work well. I reset the lock for a new code from the app. Tried changing code for a bad username or password error. Tried deleting my account to start over not receiving any codes. It's getting a little frustrating. This is all happening because the app is saying locked when the door is unlock. The app won't connect to my 2.5 wifi 😒

Locks are good but not without issues. First one (knob) i bought is still in service for over 2 years, no issues. Installed dead bolt last may, it has motor issue, will not lock with key or button alone, but if you yurn key and push button together, it locks. Honeywell is replacing this one. Other locks install past may seem fine. Right now i am having issue with the app. It does not recognize any new locks. But my phones bluetooth app does see it. I tried with another phone, works fine.

Well, if only I could register this thing! I installed the door lock and that went fine. Downloaded the app and attempted to register to no avail. Apparently, every phone number I've entered is invalid. How? No idea! Ive searched online, tried to register on their website AND had my wife download on her Apple device. Same thing. Great work, Honeywell. I'm locked out of your Lock app.
