Dealer Data Validation App is a powerful field executive tool built to streamline dealer onboarding, store verification, and network validation with geo-tagged precision. Designed for large-scale distribution networks across FMCG, cement, automobile, and allied industries, the app empowers field teams to capture accurate dealer data, validate store locations, and track onboarding progress — all from a single mobile application.
Employee Assignment and City-Level Access
Every field executive is assigned one or more cities by their manager or admin. This city-level access control ensures that executives only see stores relevant to their territory. There is no manual search needed — the app automatically filters and displays stores based on the employee's assigned cities, keeping the workflow focused and efficient.
Store List and Navigation
On logging in, the executive is presented with a clean list of stores within their assigned cities. Each store entry displays key details to help the executive identify and prioritize visits. Tapping any store in the list navigates directly to the Dealer Onboarding Screen for that specific store, making the flow fast and intuitive.
Dealer Onboarding and Document Capture
The Dealer Onboarding Screen is the core of the application. Here, the executive collects and uploads all required data and documents to validate the dealer's presence and identity at the registered location. The following captures are supported:

Store Facade Photo - A geotagged photograph of the dealer's storefront taken at the time of visit, confirming the store's physical presence.
Selfie - The executive captures a selfie at the dealer location to verify their attendance at the site.
DIGIPIN Photo - A location-pinned photograph using India Post's DIGIPIN geocoding system, providing a standardized address reference for the store location.
Aadhaar Card - Upload of the dealer's Aadhaar card for identity verification.
PAN Card - Upload of the dealer's PAN card for tax identity verification.
Additional Documents - Optional document uploads required only in the case of new store registrations, such as trade licenses or GST certificates.

Submission and Approval Workflow
Once the executive completes the required data entry and document uploads, the record is submitted for review. Upon submission, the store's SAP code is automatically hidden from the executive's view, ensuring data integrity and preventing unauthorized access to backend identifiers. The submitted record is then routed for approval by the designated manager or admin. The store remains in a pending state until it is reviewed and approved through the backend.
If the executive visits a store and confirms that it is no longer operating at its registered address or is permanently closed, they have the option to deactivate the store directly from the app. This field-level deactivation flags the store for administrative review and helps keep the dealer master data accurate and up to date.
Executive Dashboard
The app includes a comprehensive dashboard that gives each executive a real-time overview of their assigned territory and task progress. The dashboard displays the following information at a glance:

Active Store Count - The total number of stores currently active within the executive's assigned cities.
Pending Approval Count - The number of store submissions that have been made by the executive and are currently awaiting manager or admin approval.
Assigned City List - A clear listing of all cities assigned to the executive, providing quick visibility into their territory coverage.

The dashboard also provides category-wise store counts, allowing the executive to understand the distribution of store types in their territory. Supported categories include:
