RadarNow!® displays the latest National Weather Service (NWS) radar images from NOAA WSR-88D NEXRAD and TDWR sites across the US Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, and selected regions in Mexico and the Caribbean. With optional location services on, RadarNow!® automatically displays radar data from the site nearest to you when you open the app. No searching for the weather near you, RadarNow!® drops a blue dot to show you where you are, with the weather nearby shown from the closest radar.

Appears to be a good source of taking NOAA radar map info. and producing it in close to real-time. Wish it were a little faster, more broad in scope and longer duration. But I can only imagine as to the amount of data that would entail. I download this app as a supplement to weather forecast app.

Have used this app for years and have had issues only twice. I live in a very active storm prone area and need accurate info. 1st issue was problem going from local view to composite and had to reload app. 2nd its about 45 minutes behind and I have tried closing app, clearing cache and turning phone off and restarting. Looks I will have to uninstall and reinstall as another review had same issue and fixed that way. Latest update is Great,more range on radar in local view. Overall now 5 star!

Quick, simple, intuitive. Unobtrusive ads. A model for free apps. UPDATE - DOWNGRADED. Only shows rain n storms when zoomed in to <75 miles. Outside 75 miles shows nothing and time doesn't change as if frozen. Has been this way for 2 updates. Used to be good app; now junk. UPDATE AGAIN - Developer straightened me out. Somehow setting went from composite to local view. Set back to composite and it's working perfect again. GREAT, my favorite radar app again.
