Get error "Fastpass member name does not match mobile user account". Well, I'm trying to create an account. Of course it doesn't match. I don't have a mobile user account. That's why I'm attempting to create a mobile account. Can someone help?

Keeps giving error message that member is not found while trying to create an account on the app. Can't even get past the login screen.
