Ratings and reviews

App works for most transactions. On cell phone, the app supports biometric (fingerprint) login -- until it doesn't and makes the user log in with their stored password. That glitch is very inconvenient when it happens on international travel/vacation when the user can be locked out for days/weeks until they can get home to find their password. App needs 2FA for users in those circumstances, or the development team needs to ensure Bio Login is continuously available.

It's good when it works. The app either gives an error message or it doesn't open at all. The most frustrating part about it not working is it works when I don't need to get onto the app really but when I need it it doesn't work at all. And this can go on for days at a time when you cannot access the account. This is one of the reasons I never made this account my primary account, just a backup.

Great app for seeing expected mail and packages both in advance. The mail has scanned picture of the envelopes entire front side so you know what to expect around 8-12 hours before delivery for me on my time anyway. It will show mail delivered for up to prior 7 days also with picture of mail piece. Unfortunately it does not show image of packages just updates with delivery instructions at your fingertips. Great little tool for those who sign up for informed delivery, and it's 100% free. THX USPS
