About this app

USR AGRO is a field application designed for the team working in the field. You keep the record while doing the work; you don't need to enter it a second time in the office in the evening.

WORKS EVEN WHERE THERE IS NO INTERNET SIGNAL
Most fields don't have internet. The application considers this a normal situation, not an exception. Even in airplane mode, you open the spraying record, select the entries, take a photo, get the signature, and save it. When the phone connects to the network, the queue is automatically sent. The same record is not sent twice.

You see the status of each record: sent, pending, rejected. If rejected, it also writes the reason — you know which field is incorrect, correct it, and resend it.

ONE ENTRY, WORKS EVERYWHERE
When you enter a spraying record, the pesticide is deducted from the warehouse, the cost is written to that field's account, and the application history accumulates on the field's card. You don't have to write the same information separately in the stock ledger, cost table, and field history.

DOSAGE COMPARED TO LABEL
As you enter the product and quantity, the dose per hectare is calculated and compared to the product's label dose. It warns if it is below or above the range. The warning does not prevent recording —
you make the decision, but the warning does not remain silent and leaves a trace in the record.

If the label dose is not defined, it clearly states this. It does not give the impression of "no problem".

BATCH TRACKING AND FIFO
Pesticides and fertilizers are tracked on a batch (lot) basis. If you do not select a batch, the batch with the nearest expiration date is deducted. It is not possible to exit from batches that have passed their expiration date. You can quickly find the batch by scanning the barcode.

PHOTO, LOCATION AND SIGNATURE
The photo you take is linked to the record and carries a location stamp. If the location cannot be obtained, the field remains blank — no false coordinates are written. You can obtain the signature of the person receiving the work on the screen. You can record the path the machine followed in the field by starting and ending the GPS track.

HARVEST AND WAITING TIME
You open the harvest record as a draft in the field: area, method, gross, waste, net, and
photo. If the number of days elapsed since the last spraying is less than the product's waiting time, this
information is recorded and appears as a critical alert in the office.

FIELD, TASK, AND WEATHER
The field list is sorted by your location; nearby fields appear at the top.
Tasks assigned to you are collected in the "Today" tab and open the operation form with a template with a single touch. The field card contains wind and rainfall information — you can check it when making a spraying decision. If there is no data, it says "no data" and does not make a prediction.

WHO IS IT FOR?
For tractor operators, farm workers, agricultural engineers, and farm managers.
Contract farming companies, producers who cultivate their own land, and agricultural
consulting companies can use it.

The application is the field component of the USR AGRO panel. Every record you enter appears instantly in the panel; the cost, inventory, and accounting side is processed there.
