Ratings and reviews

Update: Well, found another bug showing incorrect information on Android, so... back down to 3 stars. Revised review from 2023, when app had a number of problems. It has improved, and is more usable and usually has the correct info. There are still a few problems with ratings not updating or some of the information not being visible through the app, but all in all it's doing pretty well.

I have been using UTR for 3 years and I have encountered this issue twice now. I cannot login. When I put my creds I'm it goes to a blank screen and then back to the login screen. The last tome I looked before this started happening the information was incorrect. It had his information as one of the professional players. I cannot find any way to reach support ro correct this issue

Great idea, but it's very frustrating using this app, I agree with all the other reviews I read about the poor UX design and unintuitive navigation. I can never find the matches I need to play or the scores easily, or to approve the scores of matched played. If anything I use the browser hyperlinks from the emails. The UX needs a complete overhaul.
