This app is straight up trash. Its difficult to find things. It won't show you the "balance available" at the top of your accounts if you have pending transactions anymore. It doesn't show you the "amount due" anymore until you get all the way to the "transfer" page, which makes me feel like they WANT us to miss the due dates. And it asks an excessive amount for your login if you are switching between apps quickly. If you're going to make a new app, make it better than the old one, not worse...

Frustrated. Lately I've signed in and it fails to sync to my accounts. I can't get on to make a simple transfer so a bill can go through. They don't send a notification if the app or anything will be unavailable. Or, When this is my only card and at the store but it declines because the transfer didn't go through. Also there's no one available for text communication at 4pm on a Friday? What time do they go home?

Basic programming and customer interface designs were completely overlooked. The old app would sort upcoming payments by most recent first. Not this app. It shows the furthest scheduled out first. It also seems to require you re-enroll all of your accounts for mobile deposit, which then adds a delay while you have to wait for someone to manually approve the account. Again the most basic programming and user interface design errors. Hopefully they'll fix these ASAP.
