This app is straight up trash. Its difficult to find things. It won't show you the "balance available" at the top of your accounts if you have pending transactions anymore. It doesn't show you the "amount due" anymore until you get all the way to the "transfer" page, which makes me feel like they WANT us to miss the due dates. And it asks an excessive amount for your login if you are switching between apps quickly. If you're going to make a new app, make it better than the old one, not worse...

This new app is terrible. It's not user friendly. I still haven't figured out how to do a deposit, the arrangements of the accounts is wonky looking and the most important thing is rather than have expected payments in order by date it's in alphabetical order by the name of the payees. I don't like that this app and the new web page was forced on us after you had a perfectly good setup. Please go back to the original app and web page. You've wasted enough money on this.

Basic programming and customer interface designs were completely overlooked. The old app would sort upcoming payments by most recent first. Not this app. It shows the furthest scheduled out first. It also seems to require you re-enroll all of your accounts for mobile deposit, which then adds a delay while you have to wait for someone to manually approve the account. Again the most basic programming and user interface design errors. Hopefully they'll fix these ASAP.
