Use your phone as your lockbox key! The Supra eKEY app allows real estate professionals efficient, authorized access to listings. Open lockboxes easily using a PIN, biometrics. The eKEY app is part of the original Supra system and works alongside the SupraWEB tool. Use this app if your Association/MLS has not yet upgraded to Supra One.

Android user - key box doesn't open I spent over 15 minutes trying to get into a home. they screen said "connected successfully - push up to get key" but it wouldn't release. another agent showed up; iPhone user - worked flawlessly on the first try. I had issues with every box in 1 day; 5+ showings. it's 2026 & considering what we have to pay to be an agent, plus have access to this app - it should work, regardless of the brand of phone.

Very unreliable, especially in rural areas. Very often have to drive away to update the key and come back since it does not update in the background. It also has a tendency to fail to connect to lockboxes. Very embarrassing when attempting to show a property to a client. I've decided it best to go with an alternative way of providing keys to other agents on listings. As for showings, I'm stuck with this inferior and outdated technology, and make do the best I can.

Ever since they updated this software, it has been a frustrating experience! I am at the doors attempting to show and the app opens and becomes NON RESPONSIVE! It locks up or gives you a black screen! Not only am I frustrated but so are my buyers! Yesterday was the worst!! After 15 mins of attempting to use the app - as usual NON RESPONSIVE the only thing that saved the showing was me calling the Listing agent to see if seller was near by to provide access!! No solutions provided by Support
