Ratings and reviews

No way to provide bug reports or feedback within the app (and the website form requires too much info), so giving a low rating to get their attention. The app is sending sales/marketing notifications to my phone, there isn't a way to opt out. It's been like this for a while, still happening. I have lost trust in this company for my security given how little they respect boundaries and user experience.

I used to love this lock. When it was sold, and even now, they claimed it integrated with Google home and Google Assistant. However, it does not. The fingerprint sensor stopped working on the lock almost immediately. And in the past year, the lock no longer integrates with Google home and Google Assistant, and the app does not work. The reasons I bought this lock no longer apply, and I can't recommend it anymore. This app is absolutely useless, and it renders the lock useless

Just got a new bolt pro wifi built in. Seemed to work fine for the first few days. About a week later, i tried connecting to it from outside. The lock is offline. Brand new lock having connection issues is one thing. But why wouldn't the app notify me that it is offline? It also doesn't give notification for open and lock activity. Terrible product and app all around.
