Ratings and reviews

The app itself is pretty basic and a little buggy, although the lock itself may be some of the issue. It says locked when it is unlocked and vice versa. I have a Ubolt deadbolt lock and that seems to work well. I bought a ULTRALOQ Latch 5 Fingerprint - Built-in WiFi and it is a disaster. I spent hours trying to get it connected and when it did connect a short time later no connection. Working with support was no help and just want a refund. I used to recommend U-Tec but not sure anymore

Don't waste your money on their Wifi door lock. Basic app functionality like setting start/end times for a guest code doesn't work. They also won't stop spamming me, no matter how many times I unsubscribe. No sane way to submit feedback. I've put fresh batteries in the lock, latest version. It's a buggy app that means a waste of the hundreds of dollars for the lock because to get the functionality I bought it for I have to buy another lock.

functional app but slow to connect to lock and gives too many notifications including marketing emails ( which you can turn off although shouldt be sending to begin with) and loads of notifications about the door locking, unlocking... which I can't seem to turn off. it's a shame because I do want to get notified of important things like the battery being low but I'm forced to turn off all notifications for the app
