I can no longer control my locks with this app. I tried to change the date on a temporary access code for a contractor and it wouldn't let me. It said to delete the lock from my account and reconnect it. But after deleting the lock, the app wouldn't let me reconnect it. I just get a vague, meaningless error message. SO NOW MY FAMILY CAN'T GET IN OUR HOUSE. It deleted our access code, and we have no way to add a new one.

This app is terrible. It doesn't allow the notifications I want, it constantly alerts that the front door has been open for some time. But most importantly, the lock just stops working for no apparent reason and the app doesn't notify that the door is unlocked! The sensor is most likely the culprit, but it falls off, even with double-stick gorilla glue tape. Every time it falls off, it unpairs and then the auto-lock feature stops working. I like the concept but the execution is not good.

Had to return the lock to Amazon because the method they install the handle is awful and it wobbles. The touch number pad was buggy, the wifi was spotty, and I thought it was ridiculous to have to decide between NFC and fingerprint reader when cheaper locks do both. I was excited to try it out, especially with the cloud option but their products are, as of now, trying to be a jack of all master of none.
