$200 for a deadbolt lock that fingerprint sensor never works on. Get a GHome instead, it's 1/3 the price and actually works, very well. Even when the UBolt works, which is rarely, it never works with multiple fingers, only the last one you added. Forgot to add, the ads in the app are intrusive and can't be turned off. I already bought your product, I'm definitely not buy more if I have to fight ads to use them.

Since the last update I can't access my lock with the app. The connecting wheel keeps spinning and states wifi disconnected but it's not. Even my fingerprint won't work. Glad I have a code that works. I don't know if it's the U home update or Android 14 update but the app will not connect to my lock. The connecting wheel keeps spinning and does not connect. It messages that the wifi is disconnected get closer to the lock for Bluetooth but that doesn't help. I don't know what else to tell you.

Using the buttons to lock/unlock works. Nothing else does. Fingerprint unlocking works for up to a day after recording the fingerprint. Then the fingerprint no longer works to unlock the lock. Re-record the fingerprint and it again works for about a day. Auto unlock does not work at all. Most days nothing happens. Every once in awhile our phones get a message that "there was a communication error". Expensive for a lock with buttons instead of a key.
