I changed my review to 5* because the app does everything I need it to now. All the bugs seem to have been fixed. I can put money onto my gas & electric wherever I am, and it is on my meter within 30 mins. I get warnings that my meters are low on funds, so I never get an interrupted supply. Also, the competitions in the app are a one click entry, as well as opportunities to pre book tickets for certain shoes. I'm very happy with this app.

update. ok, this used to send me a notification if my credit was low but doesn't any more. please bring that feature back... Does what it says on the tin..update, if it's not talking to your meter and payment doesn't register, reset your router before complaining about the app, lol. App is still fabulous! Just about to update, let's see if it is as good after... yes, still just as good.

My meter is not in sync with my app. There are a few niggles like this & it can be very frustrating. God forbid that my supply cuts off, as it is a nightmare trying to get it back on . Also has anyone tried phoning Utilita? Trying to speak to a human is nigh on impossible. I must admit I am tempted to go elsewhere. I put credit on my account and it still says that I am going to run out. I don't see the point of these reviews as Utilita are clearly not worried about their customers.

Hi Julie, sometimes there will be delays with the app updating the apps algorithm will always be as close to accurate as it can but comms and signal can effect this to check your true balance the main meter will provide this additionally you can contact us at customerexperience@utilita.co.uk, Thanks Dean
