Used to be fine, but not anymore. payments not being recognised, the app showing different balances and had to call engineers out several times recently too. Still having issues. Utilita are very close to losing a customer. If you are looking to change over to to this energy supplier. I would advise you don't. Sorry it's a harsh review, but it is an honest one.

This app hasn't worked for over a month. Originally told be back up in a week. Told them I couldn't get into the meters to check balance due to disability and was told I'd have to just get someone else to check them and cut me off. Yet here I am with it still not working. I've tried uninstall and reinstall I don't know how many times. Can't check balance. Can't enter the competitions. Utilita it's just not acceptable.
