Since the last 2× updates the app no longer works on my Android 6 phone. The app opens but the screens blank apart from the blue band at the top. I think all the info is there but i just can't see it. 23/6/22 :- Utilita have finally fixed the above problem with a new update. The app now seems to be working properly again....great work.✌ I originally only gave one star but now it's a definite 4 star app.✌

Only been with them a month but the app is good compared to my last suppliers. Have not needed to press any buttons on the meters yet. Like the usage screens and how it's quite in depth. Also like the notification that credit is low. Handy if you're out. Not related to the app but they need a few more on the phones and longer opening hours.

Have had no problems,up until the last 2 weeks where the app doesn't open up,as stated by other people,I get the blue line at the top of the screen,and that's all I get,I've uninstalled and the reinstalled the app,but still getting nothing..obviously the last update Utilita made has disabled my access to the app...so now back to using my top up cards,which is not the most ideal thing I want to do.....what's the point of updating apps if they don't work for some of us!!!..
