The app is good, in that it allows you to top up gas and electric at any time, by any amount. However, the reading it gives is not real time, but estimated from the last couple of hours usage. It would be more helpful if it updated when you ate in the app too get the latest meter reading as the smart meter does. Just a warning also, electric top up is almost immediate, gas takes half hour to go through.

I changed my review to 5* because the app does everything I need it to now. All the bugs seem to have been fixed. I can put money onto my gas & electric wherever I am, and it is on my meter within 30 mins. I get warnings that my meters are low on funds, so I never get an interrupted supply. Also, the competitions in the app are a one click entry, as well as opportunities to pre book tickets for certain shoes. I'm very happy with this app.

App has stopped giving me any notifications to say that my balance is running low. For the first time in 3 and a half years my gas was cut off last week due to not recieving notifications. As a disabled customer this isnt great. I had to wait until the landlord could come round to reinstate the supply on the meter. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, double checked notifications are on to no avail
