I like the convenience and speed of the top up process. It gives me peace of mind and I can see anything in more or less in real time. Before I had the app I had to physically go and find a paypiont to top up this was not always easy as paypiont might be down for one reason or another. As a disabled person this can be extremely challenging. So thank you utilita for taking the hassle and stress out of topping up.

Doesn't show my mobile balance. I'll try and get the gas meter added and see if it can be fixed . Otherwise I can only use the IHD only. Good competition's, savings, quick top ups all great in an easy to use app.....but it has never worked to show my balance on the electric since being installed and I've just put up with it.

Decent, and you get an option to top up using savings that you make voluntarily as extra payments for the times of emergency. However, this app doesn't send the saved balance to your meter if you decide to withdraw from said savings. You must type a code into your meter. Unnecessary as its perfectly capable of not having you do this, but it doesn't. So it's costed it two stars.
