The Darkness Consumes Me

Garbage app with limited features To report a leak, you have to be at the site of the leak and have mobile data/ an internet connection. The problem is - they don't have a "Gallery" function to select a picture. You may see a persistent leak and want to take a picture, but without internet, you cannot fill out the form and nothing is saved, meaning you have to do everything all over again. It would be a lot more user friendly to have that Gallery option and sumbit at your convenience

May have been a good app if it allowed me to register. I have made 6 attempts to register and it keeps telling me it needs a valid internet connection. However I have been using both wifi and data which are both at full strength and working perfectly for all other apps. I don't think I will be wasting my time to try again. As with everything else in this company, its alot of flam with no actual work.

Leak report used to work, now it doesn't. The app cannot integrate with my location even though my permissions are correct and other apps see my location correctly. Furthermore, the app becomes unstable and usable when it can't determine a location. Fix this, and I will fix my review. Otherwise, I will have to conclude that this is sabotage by the developers or company to stem the number of reports. All my reports were dealt with in previous versions of the app even if it took long.
