worst bank i never seen ever simply putting my account debit freez already going 15days no body can response here and bank people will come and verified location again for unfreeze account but still I didn't get any respond irresponsible people are in this bank bank people only come to my location and open this account again they will come location verification for unfreeze but no use

kindly give a new interface or UI for your app.. Your app's interface is old.. I dislike your bank Interface design... and give me more features like Re-KYC verification process, Debit card control interface, Account unfreeze or Freeze by mobile banking and Like internet banking, mobile banking, UPI and more to lock when not in use..

Horrible Banking services. in 2026, user needs to visit branch or call customer care to register a request to enable the disabled net banking or mobile banking. just think. and it will take 24 hrs to get enabled. PSU Banks are much better than this old dated Bank. I am surely going to close my accounts.
