kindly give a new interface or UI/UX for your app.. Your app's interface is old.. I dislike your bank Interface design... and give me more features like Re-KYC verification process, Debit card control interface, Account unfreeze or Freeze by mobile banking and Like internet banking, mobile banking, UPI and more to lock when not in use...

2 day weekend down to upgrade is ok. but still Monday & Tue not back online . we get a message existing fd no are changed . makes one nervous ! even on Wednesday morning Android app in Google does not open .says download non existing new version

Pathetic experience. Doesn't even deserve 1star. Website & app login both don't work when needed. Why can't they work on the basics first!

What’s new

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a secure, enhanced, and seamless digital banking experience, Utkarsh Bank is introducing a new version of its Internet Banking and Mobile Banking (IBMB) application.

The existing Mobile Banking application will be discontinued effective 24 August 2026. Customers will be requested to upgrade to the latest version of the application available on the Google Play Store.
