I had taken norcet 11 rapid batch m facing lots of problem regarding vdeo downloading many times vdeos start downloading reaches upto70-80 then disappeared from the downloads I repeat the process but same problem with most of the subjects. I also mentioned these issues on the help desk but I had just recievs the ans only one time and other times I didn't receive the solution and today I also mentioned the same issue but I didn't no one receive the call. kindly do the needful .

When I purchased this online course from them, they told me, “Sir, you will also get notes. Just make the payment and you’ll receive online notes that you can download. And if that doesn’t work, the notes will be provided to you through the Bookshala app.” But now, whenever I call them, they neither provide any notes nor give any proper response. They just keep giving new dates again and again. Honestly, I am not happy at all after purchasing this course, and I did not have a good experience

“The teaching is good and some concepts are explained in a simple way, but I am very disappointed as it is not sufficient for proper exam preparation. It feels more basic and not very exam-oriented. A more structured approach with deeper content and practice would make it much more helpful for serious preparation. If improvements are made in these areas, the class can definitely improve.”
