Since I have taken their service, this is the worst service. First, their customer service does not respond on time. And the second thing is, when they first installed this device, it was a faulty device. There was no GPS signal in it and the SIM signal was full. Due to this, the device showed the wrong location. They changed the device. Now there is no SIM signal and the GPS signal is full. I live in Multan city. Till today, this problem has not been resolved

Their call comes when the car is returning from the city. What is the use of this call at that time? Another important function of this is that when the car crosses the toll plaza and when it returns, no call or message is made. It is a wonderful system, it is a matter of surprise. Now how can we praise this tracker?

The app gives correct location up to the nearest location , but not exact. The notification option is really pathetic and doesn't work properly. It gives fake and incorrect notifications and most of the time no notifications at all too. Engine start/ stop status feature also doesn't work well and shows incorrect information. On my previous car it worked way better, but now totally lost!
