Uttara Shakti AI is an offline intelligent assistant designed to provide fast secure and flexible AI interactions. In offline mode the app works without internet by using a locally downloaded fine tuned ONNX model which users can download from the Google Drive link inside the app. This mode runs fully on device offers complete privacy and requires a physical Android device with at least four gigabytes of RAM for optimized models or six gigabytes for full precision models. The app includes two styles of operation the QA style mode for fast single turn answers and the chat style mode which supports multi turn reasoning memory and Qwen prompt formatting.
