Your mind is for having ideas, not for holding every reminder.
UTTER IN is a place to put a thought the moment you have it — spoken or typed — and then stop carrying it. Say "lunch with Khaled on Thursday at 4" and it comes back as a plan with the person, the day and the time already in place, waiting for you to say yes.
NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL YOU APPROVE IT
This is the whole product, and it is not a setting you can turn off.
Every thought you capture comes back as a Review Card: what it understood, who it involves, when it happens, and — just as importantly — what it did not understand. You read it, correct anything wrong, and approve. Only then is anything saved or scheduled.
The AI proposes. It never executes.
WHAT IS MISSING IS SHOWN, NOT GUESSED
If you said a day but not a time, the card says so and asks. It does not invent an hour and hope you do not notice.
And when it can ask instead of making you type, it does. Say "at 4" without saying morning or afternoon and the card offers you both, as two taps. Dates, times and timezones are worked out by ordinary code rather than by a language model — the part of this that must not be creative is not.
ONE CAPTURE, SEVERAL THINGS
Real thoughts are rarely one item. "Call the dentist and pick up the parcel before Friday" comes back as two cards, each with its own words underneath it, each approved on its own.
SPEAK IT
Tap the microphone and say it. You can speak English, Arabic, French, German, Italian or Spanish — Gulf, Egyptian and Levantine dialects included — and it comes back organised, in your own words.
The original recording is deleted after it has been turned into text. You are told this at the moment you approve, before it happens. You keep the meaning, not the recording.
ENGLISH OR ARABIC
The app's own screens read in English or Arabic. You choose in Settings, and choosing Arabic turns the whole layout around to run right to left.
WHAT IT HOLDS
- Notes — a thought parked for later
- Tasks — something to do
- Reminders — something that will ring
- Plans — something with a day and a time, including the ones you have not decided yet
- Links — a place or a page, saved where you will find it
Undecided plans stay open. "We should get lunch sometime" is a real plan here, and it waits without nagging you to pick a date.
TODAY, WITHOUT THE HUNTING
Today shows what needs you today. Plans holds everything you have approved, searchable. An empty inbox is the point, not a failure.
PRIVACY, IN PLAIN TERMS
- We do not run analytics, tracking or advertising code of any kind — none on the site, none in the app.
- We do not use what you capture to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
- No member of staff, the founder included, can read your captures. That is enforced by database permissions, not by a policy anybody could change their mind about.
- Anything you delete goes to a trash you can restore from for 30 days, and is then gone.
A voice recording used only for transcription is not used to identify you, and nothing here does speaker recognition.
