3 weeks after making my last payment for this term 3 days early I received a letter saying that I missed my payment and that my premium is going up 54 percent. even the app shows my payment was received on 1/3 right below where it says it is still due by 1/6. you charged my account and the transaction shows. my proof of insurance shows paid until 2/5. your website shows that I paid. even the letter that says that I didn't pay says my insurance is paid until 2/5. really????

Stuck in an infinite loop where the app tells me my password is wrong but it's not, I press the forgot password button, get the email, and begin the cycle all over again. Can't log in no matter what I do.

Been trying to reach their adjuster to my claim. ext number never pickup The customer service lady was trying her best to get the supervisor or the adjuster none of them is unreachable. All I needed is an authorization. Since 10:17 Am ET Even send a message through their claim center in hope to get help. Nothing.
