About Killer Sudoku:

The board has dotted lined polygons — called "cages". Most of the times, there is a number at the top left corner the cage.
Rules:
1. The number at the top left corner of each cage is the sum of all the digits in the cage.
2. A digit can only appear once in each cage.
3. Only rule 2 applies for cages without sum.

Ratings and reviews

Best sudoku app. All the right options, customizations, great puzzles and not just a computer generated repeat, etc. could go on. My only complaint, but one that consistently annoys me, is that the lines separating the 9 large squares are not very thick or visible, *especially with the cages having colorful outlines (which I love to use to see easier). Please make those lines thicker or more prominent somehow, or a customization option to do so, perhaps. Thank you!

The expert levels are at another level compared to most killer sudoku apps. It includes outlined shapes without sums (that sum must eventually be inferred from other clues), really large outlines with many possible variations and other goodies. This review is a stronger recommendation for those looking for more of a challenge. On the negative side, an ad will suddenly pop up if you take more than 15 minutes doing a puzzle (really annoying as it is a concentration destroyer).

A great app with options for both free and paid players. I do one when I wake up in the morning before leaving bed and do some throughout the day when I have the spare time. I'd give 4 1/2 stars due to ads in the middle of my games. I'll suddenly see a bunch of squares I can fill in but an ad will pop up in the middle and make me lose my train of thought. I don't mind ads at the start or end of the game for ftp people but in the middle is a bit much though
