Ratings and reviews

The app keeps crashing when I try to play a video. I can't watch any lecture videos. it amused to work, then one day it just starts crashing. I can navigate through the settings, but the lecture videos just stopped working. I tried Uninstaller, clearing cache, memory, etc. The app is just no longer usable. the website still works when im on my phone, but the app is full of bugs.

Maybe explain that this app isn't "free" ahead of time. You have to have an existing subscription to the website. Useless without a paid subscription.

App closes randomly a lot. Best to just use computer
