Ratings and reviews

Awful app, half of the buttons are not even functional (e.g.: cancell order, call service, back button in order screen). Moreover, it is not possible to cancel orders even within a minute after they were created (probably server issues or deliberately waiting of the confirmation from the restaurant, so that it is not possible to cancel). Also, curiers do not read the instructions left in the order at all. Used this app for a long time only because there were no alternatives.

Ordered some KFC at night. All I wanted was something hot. Waited for 1 hour for the food from the place 1.5km away from my house. There was a delay, ok, called the operator he said everything is going to be hot and that he is sorry for making it late. When the food came it wasn't even warm. 1 hour of wait to trash. Additionally they didn't even brought soda. And all I have now is some points for next time free delivery. Operators are useless. All they can do is tell reasons. No actual work.

Ordered fast food from Max Way, got delivered on time, but there was not one of main meals I ordered. I called service, they promised to refund, and disappeared without paying back for undelivered food. I used to use this app at least twice a week, sometimes unappetizing food is sent, sometimes your order is canceled and so on. Finally decided to quit.
