I dislike that you can't preschedule a ride in less than 2 hours, but it seems like you can do on call. It was working till today. I keep getting an error message whether I preschedule or do an on call ride. I'm calling support and edit after the call.

I have an Android phone and this app will not let me activate and I have contact customer service. And it still won't let me activate

I have never had an issue with the wheelchair part of uzurv so far. However with the regular vehicles, as I attempted to go to an appointment; and my doctor had to cancel, no faced with a possible no call no show fee and uzurv charging as well. Apparently they will charge you 💵💵💵💵, even when it is not your fault. This is the same as paying for services non rendered, aka dumping piles of 💵 in the 🗑. Which I did not understand that well. As a psa, make sure you can go before you book.
