UzzOPS is Uzz.Ai's internal management platform, used by our team to track daily work: projects, sprints, risks, and meetings, all in one place.

What you can do:
• Track ongoing features and sprints, with goals and progress by Definition of Done
• Register and prioritize project risks using the GUT matrix (Gravity, Urgency, Trend)
• Transform meeting decisions and follow-ups into tasks with assigned responsibilities and deadlines
• Consult the meeting minutes history and what was agreed upon in each meeting
• Track notifications of deadlines, new assignments, and team updates

UzzOPS is an internal tool for corporate use (B2B) — access is restricted to authorized members of the Uzz.Ai team and its projects, by invitation only. It is not a publicly accessible application.
