It's telling me to put the pen/kit code in or scan it. I tried to scan where the color guide is and that's not it. I cannot go anywhere that has settings because I cannot get into the app without putting/scanning the code. Where is that code at???

Hi Pauline, please try these steps:
1.open the 'O-Pens' APP; 2. click 'Setting' (in the top right corner); 3. choose 'Manage my palette and suit'; 4. select you pen/kit.

Can you also upload the video on how to the steps on my to apply and how to remove the gel? I had a hard time to do this for the first time and get a mess up. It is clear on the video on how to mix, but not clear on the steps on how to apply. Can you also teach us how to clean the tray and the brush?
