Ratings and reviews

Wrote the email provided here and the one linked to the support button in-game and I havent gotten a reply from either for almost a month now. Save game doesnt work no matter what I do, even using a different account, clearing data and cache from play, games, and this game. Since you no longer care about your games or customers I am rating 1*.

Pathetic. Same as all their other games. Jewels constantly activating without matching & oftentimes completely disappearing. Everyone writing reviews for their games, lavishing praise on them & giving them 5 stars needs to wake tf up and pay attention to what's really going on on the game boards. They're stealing your power ups right out from under your nose just so you'll buy their power ups packs. I don't think a day goes by that I don't find another cheat they've programmed into the game.

I've played most all your jewel games. Luv them!!! But this one is the best by far. Luv the graphics. Even spent the $2.99 to get no ads. Plan on keeping this one. Thx jewel
