Rivets turns your phone into a familiar metal clipboard and legal pad for fast property condition logging without complicated forms. Every inspection you create becomes a hanging manila tag marked with the property address, inspection date, and an overall rating. A vertical color stripe on the left edge instantly communicates condition: green for Good, amber for Fair, and red for Poor. You can flag any inspection that needs immediate attention, and flagged tags display a distinct red alert sticker in the top corner. The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance summary with embossed metal counters showing your total inspections and how many are currently flagged, along with a short list of your most recent entries. From the Inspections tab you can scroll through your entire collection of hanging tags and use the real‑time search bar to filter by street address. A dedicated Flagged tab gathers only those inspections you have marked for follow‑up, so nothing slips through during busy walkthroughs. The Add tab opens a clean form where you quickly enter the address, pick a date, select a condition rating, toggle the flag, and add optional notes. Swipe left on any tag in the list to toggle its flagged status, or tap it to edit or delete the entry entirely. All of your data stays right on your device using secure local storage, so you never need an account or an internet connection to capture what you see. The bottom row of colored bulldog clips lets you switch between Dashboard, Inspections, Flagged, and Add without reloading any content. Residential home inspectors, property managers, and insurance adjusters can all rely on Rivets to log condition checks in seconds while keeping the visual feel of a physical clipboard. Because every piece of information is saved immediately, you can walk through a property, snap ratings onto tags, and walk out with a complete digital record you can reference or revise at any time.
