Managing a building's finances can be a complex and burdensome task. Andiko was created specifically to provide building committee members with complete peace of mind, exemplary order, and accurate tracking of every shekel – easily and professionally.
(Please note: the app is intended for building committee members only and is not intended for all tenants).
What does Andiko provide?
Andiko is not a payment clearing system, but an advanced management, tracking, and control system that allows you to manage the financial movements in the building, closely monitor balances, and produce transparent and detailed receipts and reports for tenants.
Andiko's solutions and capabilities:
Complex collection and debt management: Tracking and collecting debts from previous years alongside special collections (such as renovation projects, urgent repairs, or high-cost work).
Electric vehicle charging tracking: Modular management and calculation of payments for charging stations connected to the building's shared electricity.
Full flexibility in apartment management: Full support for changing tenants/tenants mid-year and separate pricing for split apartments (independent collection from each housing unit).
Bank and cash register monitoring: Up-to-date and ongoing management of all transactions, expenses and balances – both in the committee’s bank account and in the cash register.
Order in additional income: Recording and monitoring of payments and income of the committee from external sources (not current house committee fees).
Comprehensive display of expenses with the option to display future expenses that are not included in the total, as well as displaying expenses made in installments as a single consolidated transaction, including the option to attach receipts and display them.
Transparency with tenants: Production of organized receipts and production of clear financial statements at the click of a button.
