Perfect location. Inside was very clean. Patio lovely. Great views. Not so perfect stay. Oven knobs still missing. Stove burners 1/2 nonfunctiong. one of two master bedroom lamps broken. Only light in dining room non functioning. The desk lamp on bookshelf next to table is not practical for eating dinner. On-site cameras are apparently not just for security but are used to "check on" guests coming and going. Outside entry needs cleaning. Over 20 years of vacation rentals this is least favorite.

Absolutely terrible app. Made me sign up for an account despite being booked via Airbnb. Then the confirmation numbers don't match. Then it says it can't find my reservation with any of the numbers provided, even though I used my own last name, then "User" then "Airbnb" and a few others that I thought might work. Nothing. Don't waste your time with this sh!&$+/* app. Not the good way to start a vacation.

We booked a location on this app, the rental agreement said we could cancel within 30 days notice. I tried to cancel with 48 days before my scheduled stay, they refused to give me a refund because they Said the host was from VRBO. I have the vrbo app and was not able to view my vacasa reservation in that app. It was frustrating. The app is fine but not holding up to their policy
