Ratings and reviews

Apparently, they made everyone reset their password over the prior 6 month or so period. I attempted to login to my account to make a reservation close to 3 weeks ago. The app will not accept my password resets even though I've received confirmation emails each time it's been reset. Password has been successfully reset 3-4 times now. I have sent 4 emails and made a call to customer service to no avail. Not too concerned with my business so I'll take it elsewhere. This app is garbage!

Absolutely terrible app. Made me sign up for an account despite being booked via Airbnb. Then the confirmation numbers don't match. Then it says it can't find my reservation with any of the numbers provided, even though I used my own last name, then "User" then "Airbnb" and a few others that I thought might work. Nothing. Don't waste your time with this sh!&$+/* app. Not the good way to start a vacation.

Horrible experience with the app features not working (call, contact email, etc) & how everything was handled. I paid over $3000 for a 4 night vacation. Wifi didn't work (no TV, too), we desperately needed it to work. Couldn't get anyone to help for the most part. No hot water for 2 days (ski vacation) & spend more time on the phone to navigate through that nightmare. Never got an answer through email, and I received a $200 check( insult for a ruined vacation) after numerous phone calls. 🤮
