Clean and beautiful place to rent,very affordable.

The app itself isn't horrible, although there's plenty of things that tick me off, like subbing out to a browser for most reports. Vacasa itself sucks. Took them 6 weeks to get my property listed for rent, and 2 more weeks to get the first rental. The entire summer was lost. The rate is 30%, which is higher than average, but they tack on other charges. Really hard to make money that way. But it gets worse -- their cleaners are absolutely awful. Find someone else you'll thank me later.

Not worth the percentage they take. They are genuinely helpful with initially getting started but after that they are pretty much a pointless waste. You still have to completely manage your own property or pay someone else to do it. I've had to contact them three times with issues and every time I was met with slow or apathetic and unhelpful responses. I definitely do not recommend this service, just list it yourself.
