About this app

Vahetus keeps your work schedule and your hours in one place. See when you work. Open the app and your shifts are there - today, this week, next week. No more asking the manager or checking a photo of the schedule in a group chat.

Clock in and out.

One tap when you start, one tap when you finish. The app counts your hours as you go, so you always know how much you've worked this week. Ask for time off. Send a request, see how many days you have left, and get the answer in the app.

For managers:
Build the schedule. Set the week by role and see straight away which days are short of people. See who's working right now.
And who hasn't clocked in yet. Check the hours. Per person, per week, per month. Hours come from the clock, so there's nothing to add up by hand at the end of the month. Fix mistakes. If someone forgets to clock in, you can enter the time yourself. Vahetus keeps a record of what was changed and why.

Approve requests.

Time off, shift swaps and time corrections all come to one place. Leave days follow Estonian law, including the rule that one part of your annual leave has to be 14 days in a row.

What’s new

You can now clock in with GPS: the app checks that you're at your workplace when your shift starts, so your hours are recorded where you actually work. Vahetus now has both a light and a dark mode, and it follows your phone's setting automatically. This update also asks about overtime when you clock out, shows your annual vacation days, and includes many smaller fixes.
