The new Vaillant InteractiveServiceAssistant app (ISA) works like a navigation system. In contrast to conventional tools, the app does not provide static error code information, but simple step-by-step instructions.

The app supports Vaillant specialist partners in all service operations: from installation to commissioning, inspection and maintenance to complex repairs. Using texts, images and videos, you will be navigated interactively through the entire service process - with clear and unambiguous instructions. The result is a significantly improved service profitability.

Use the scan function for easy product selection to quickly select the right process. In this way, you can find and correct errors directly during the first service call.

How ISA works:
As soon as you have downloaded the app, you have access to an overview with energy saving tips. Before you can access the technical information, however, you must first register for ISA in the Vaillant FachpartnerNET. You will then receive your login data for the login area.

After logging in, you have access to the process information for a large number of Vaillant gas devices and heat pumps. ISA not only provides information on the current Vaillant devices, but also on older device generations such as B. ecoTEC / 2. In addition, the processes for other products are continuously integrated.
