Important information for Whistler Blackcomb: Mobile Pass and Mobile Lift Tickets are not available at
Whistler Blackcomb this winter season. Please use a physical Pass or Lift Ticket card to access the
mountain. All other app features will be available.

Ratings and reviews

This season the tracking is useless... double counts about half of the lifts. THIS IS EASY TO FIX: I can't get on 2 lifts in 1 minute, just filter that. Lift wait times total bunk. The map is also buggy. App doesn't handle loss of internet gracefully, hangs. You can't view family stats you have to log out and in for each member. No speed recording.

This app is still pretty bad. Sections are slow to load, especially the pass which you need quickly. The pass seems to be downloaded every time which is mind boggling. The map UI is horrible and relies on pinch/zoom instead of +/- buttons. It's like they never realized people wear gloves when skiing. GPS tracking doesn't work. The list of lift rides was wrong too. The bluetooth pass seems to work, but you have to keep the app open.

The barcode for my pass never loads, so I can't use the epic pass holder discount at outlets unless I get a physical pass. When I inevitably get a physical pass due to this app being terrible, I'll never use it again. If you use the app before they send the physical pass, they cancel the delivery for the physical pass. When it's very crowded at the mountain, the app doesn't load quickly at all. It's a really bad experience.
