About this app

Vale is a private, local-first gallery for the photos and videos already on your phone.

No account. No ads. No required cloud. Open a clean Timeline, keep Albums organized, Search your library, mark Favorites, and view photos and videos with pinch zoom and rotation.

Your gallery
• Timeline grouped by date and source
• Albums for Camera, Screenshots, Downloads, and other local folders
• Search on this device
• Favorites you control
• Multi-select, range select, and drag-to-select for Share, Favorite, and Delete

Viewer
Open photos and videos full screen. Pinch to zoom stills. Rotate a sideways capture. Play video in place. Vale does not reverse your media in right-to-left languages.

Privacy
Vale works on your device. It does not require a Vale account, does not show ads, and does not add marketing trackers. Photo and video permission is used to display your gallery, Memories, viewer, and Vault.

Vault
Private Vault keeps selected moments in encrypted app-private storage, unlocked with this device’s screen lock or biometrics. Free Vault includes up to 50 items.

When you share from Vault, Vale temporarily decrypts the items you selected, opens Android’s share sheet, and removes the temporary files afterward. After another app receives a copy, Vale cannot control what that app does with it.

Memories
On-device cards that quietly resurface moments from your library. Not a social feed.

Vale Pro (optional, one-time)
Vale Free is a complete gallery. Vale Pro is a one-time Google Play purchase that unlocks unlimited Vault, AMOLED pure-black display, and advanced Memories source controls. Prices come from Google Play. There is no subscription.

Languages
Use System default, or choose English, Español, Português (Brasil), Français, Deutsch, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Bahasa Indonesia, हिन्दी, or العربية.

Vale is a gallery you keep — not another feed.
