This app is 100% useless. It is impossible to set up a new account, because when you are sent a link to verify your email, it just opens the app from the beginning, leaving ypu stuck in an endless loop of verifying your email, with no password creation in sight. Therefore you are unable to create an account.

So far so good, I guess. I selected in my preferences to be reminded of nightly trash collection updates via text message, but I have yet to receive text messages. I've missed a couple of trash collections because of this. What's the point of having the text message updates if I have to keep running back and forth to the app to check the status of the nightly collections. And there's been times when I don't get back to the app until it's too late.

Whenever trash is picked up they never update the status. They will skip past collecting and last call so you can't request a pickup. I have 2 pickup requests that have been open for months from being ignored and I have no way of closing them from my end. App also feels incomplete because the chat with us function never works and orders as I said are never closed out.
