About this app
ValetPro Driver is the working app for valet teams. It replaces the paper log
sheet: which car came in, where it went, who has the keys, and what condition it
was in when you took it.
IMPORTANT: This app is for valet staff only. There is no sign-up. Your employer
creates your account and assigns you to a venue. If you do not have credentials
from a valet company that uses ValetPro, you will not be able to use this app.
TAKING A CAR IN
- Scan a paper ticket, or let the app generate a ticket number
- Photograph the number plate — the app reads it for you so you do not type it
- Record a short walk-around video of the car's condition
- Log the keys to a numbered hook so the next driver can find them
- Show the guest a QR code to track their own car
PARKING AND MOVING
- Record the zone, level and bay so nobody has to search for a car
- Move a car that is blocking someone in, and record where you left it
- See at a glance which cars still need details, video or a location
BRINGING A CAR BACK
- Receive retrieval jobs as they come in
- Accept a job, and mark the car on its way
- Verify the guest at handover before you release the vehicle
WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS
Valet work happens in basements. The app keeps working when the connection does
not, and sends what you recorded once you are back in range.
YOUR SHIFT
Check in and out, see the venue you are assigned to, and see what is still
outstanding before you go home.
WHAT YOU NEED
- An account from a valet company that uses ValetPro
- Camera permission, for plates and condition records
- Android 8.0 or later
The app does not record audio and does not track your location.
Number plate reading works with Latin-script plates. Arabic script is not
supported, and plates can be typed in by hand at any time.
