About this app

ValetSys Staff is the phone app used by valets, gate staff and duty managers
at hotels, malls, hospitals and event venues that run a valet parking service.
It is issued by your employer — you sign in with a mobile number given to you
by your venue, not by creating an account.

WHAT IT DOES

Check in a vehicle
Photograph vehicle condition on arrival, record the number plate and key tag,
and issue the guest a ticket. Photographs are timestamped and stored against
the ticket, so a dispute about a scratch has an answer.

Retrieve and hand back
Guests request their car and the request appears on the porch immediately.
Staff see who is waiting, how long they have been waiting, and which cars are
overdue — so the person who has been standing there longest is not the last
one served.

Verified handover
A car is released only after the last four digits of the guest's mobile number
are confirmed. Where that is not possible — a lost phone, a driver collecting
on someone's behalf — a duty manager can authorise the handover with a
six-digit approval code. Every override is recorded against the ticket with
the manager who granted it.

Gate register
Log vehicle entries and exits at the barrier, with number plate capture and
photographs where the venue requires them.

Floor view for managers
Response times, retrieval times and total guest wait, alongside a live list of
who is still waiting. Overdue retrievals are raised rather than buried.

BUILT FOR THE PORCH

Works one-handed, in daylight and after dark. Camera supports pinch-to-zoom
and tap-to-focus for reading plates at an angle. Retrieval requests arrive
with their own notification sound, so a phone in a pocket is still heard.

PRIVACY

Guest mobile numbers are encrypted. Vehicle photographs are deleted
automatically when the retention period your venue has set expires. Staff see
only their own property's data.

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR VENUE

This app cannot be used without credentials issued by a ValetSys customer. It
is not a consumer parking app. If your venue does not use ValetSys, there is
nothing here for you to sign in to.
