About this app

HM Cross Advantage answers one question, in the conversation, while the customer waits: what is the Essity equivalent of the product in front of you?

Field representatives carry a competitor's article number into a hospital, a care home or a distributor, and the lookup that follows is usually a PDF, a spreadsheet, or a call back to the office. This app replaces all three.

CROSS-REFERENCE
Enter or dictate a competitor article number and get the curated Essity match. The equivalences are maintained by your catalog team, not guessed by a text search, so what you show a customer is a confirmed relationship.

ASK THE ASSISTANT
A built-in assistant answers product questions in plain language, takes a photograph of the pack when the number has worn off, and keeps the conversation so you can pick it up later. Answers are generated and can be wrong; anything you pass to a customer is worth checking, and every answer can be reported in one tap.

SEARCH BOTH SIDES
Advanced search works from the competitor side or the Essity side, filtered by category, therapeutic area and company.

SAVE THE COMPARISON
Bookmark what you showed and send it after the visit, so the follow-up email writes itself.

DISCOVERY
Browse the catalog by category and therapeutic area when you are preparing rather than reacting.
