Terrible app, opened once and now crashes repeatedly, no way to open it or access my banking. Apparently the app has bugs. don't recommend signing up to this 'online' bank seeing as their app is non functional.

Access to my bank accounts is currently completely broken - I can not log in currently using the old app and I am forced to order an activation letter by postal mail to access my accounts again. Hopefully. Usage of Fairphone 3+ seems to be broken too, according to another review. UPDATE: Activation letter received, but access is still broken, UNLESS I give them my phone number, which I do not want. Will they send unsecured SMS? I already trust them with the money, so that's a lot to ask.

Asked me to reinstall, then requested to scan documents and take silly videos🤪 😜 and then still didn't allow access the account until some workdays pass for manual verification. Who knows how often the data is stolen between the recording and the verification.
