Designed for Valiot clients, the app provides access to each site’s live deployment dashboards, offering key production metrics such as line efficiency, machine activity, downtime, and stop analysis.

Users can review today’s KPIs for each production line, visualize hourly and machine-level performance, and gain insights into operational trends. The app also includes configurable push notifications, allowing users to set alerts when specific KPI conditions are met — for example, when a line’s efficiency drops below a certain threshold or when unassigned stops exceed a defined limit.

FactoryOS integrates seamlessly with Valiot’s AI-powered platform, providing a mobile extension of the web experience. Future updates will include the integration of Valiot’s AI agent chatbot to assist users with predictive insights and personalized recommendations.
