Seems to be deleting some service and does not work at rimes

Doesn't work 75% of the time, cannot log in on the app, it always says there's an error, also this bank sucks, the app will not show you your correct balance and the bank will pick and choose when to charge you for something. I made a purchase last week, it didn't show up on my account until today, now I'm in the negative because they waited to put the order through, and the product I bought had already been purchased and shipped. Then they use oh its the holidays.

As far as banking app this is lacking and only has the most basic functions (viewing account balances, transfers between only your accounts, and mobile deposit). It is also difficult to password reset which is not a function of the app.
