Since I've been banking with Valley Federal Credit Union I've experience first class service from the tellers to their accounting officers. I've been able to aquire swift and low interest loans, and banking protection inquires to any banking related issues. I've also received several insurance opportunitys and gifts on VFCU rewards program. I can't express how really happy I am to be able to bank with such a prestigious institution. This app always fails it says to call the bank for assistance. But there is no 24 hours help they shouldn't have gotten rid of the Susie Q line. I also wish it had updates when the bank closes early for staff meeting,maybe thats asking for to much. 2025 still a cappy app it reverted to the old version were it does not give the option to lock the cards.

App is up to the minute info, no hassles, & easy to use!! When calling the bank, customer service has always been very helpful. They make sure all questions have been answered or concerns taken care of.
